The brainchild of Ashish Dalal, theReddesignworkshop is an Architectural practice based in Pune that works on projects ranging from residential, interior, institutional, cultural, and competitions of various types and scales.

2012-2017: Studied Architecture from VIT's PVPCOA, Pune - Undergraduate thesis guide Ar. Narendra Dengle

2017-2020: Architect at VSC-Sangath - Prof. B.V.Doshi and Ar. Rajeev Kathpalia. Worked on large-scale projects such as Nalanda University in Bihar, IIM Udaipur, Smriti Van Earthquake Memorial & Museum in Bhuj, Death of Architecture Exhibition, competitions such as IIM Vishakapatnam and Siemen's Headquarters in Bangalore.

2020: Started thereddesignworkshop
